Built and managed the Customer Support and Training departments in a small, growing company whose main products were web based interconnect billing and pre paid administration systems which underpin the business of telecoms operators. Also took over the running of Savera’s biggest partnership project. This involved the integration of the InterCarrier product into a much larger solution. The entire project was being run by CSC Computer Sciences Ltd in UK.

Also responsible for putting together the annual HW budget proposal for R&D, which was worth £3M.

The job has also involved the management of up to 45 other consultants and associated resources.
Appointed as a Vice President of Computer Associates in April 1996.
 
 
Education Consultant and Training Team Leader: Training clients to use the Ingres User Interface Tools to develop applications, and also teaching the Ingres DBA, System Administration, Advanced Performance and Replicator courses.A one day course in Unix basic skills was also delivered. Involved development of new courses and upgrading of old courses.
